For the United States, product classification, the final label and supporting documentation will be reviewed with the appointed importer before commercial entry.

Coordinated with the appointed US importer; TTB (COLA) label approval pursued where applicable.
Required label elements
ABV, net contents, country of origin and other required statements will be confirmed for the final label.
Importer of record
Importer details will be added to the final label where required for US distribution.
Testing & release documentation
Testing scope and release documentation will be agreed with the importer and relevant advisers for the destination market.
