Mơ can move from a small chilled pour to a contemporary long drink. When designing a serve, keep the apricot at the centre and avoid allowing added sugar or strongly aromatic ingredients to dominate. A colder serving temperature helps its gentle sweetness and natural acidity feel brighter.

1. Chilled neat - 2. Over ice

Serve a small chilled measure in a white-wine glass or small stemmed glass to introduce the wine on its own. For a longer sip, pour Mơ over one large cube; the ice softens warmth without diluting too quickly.

3. Mơ Highball - 4. Mơ Sparkling

For a highball, combine one part Mơ with two parts cold soda over ice and finish with lemon peel or a thin slice of ginger. For a sparkling serve, pair one part Mơ with two parts dry sparkling wine or mineral water; keep it light and offer it as an aperitif.

5. Mơ Sour

Shake Mơ with a measured amount of fresh citrus and, only if needed, a small amount of syrup. Egg white or a suitable foaming alternative may be used according to bar standards. Taste before adding sugar because Mơ already carries gentle sweetness. Keep the garnish restrained so apricot remains the memory.
